What Xero data does Paytools use?

Paytools reads payroll data from a Xero organisation. You’ll need to have ‘Payroll Admin’ rights to the Xero environment for you to connect it to Paytools.

We take the security and privacy of your data very seriously.  

Paytools connects to Xero ‘read only’ and all data is stored in our secure servers, located in Australia.

Data in transit is encrypted using enterprise grade encryption. All Company Identifiable Information (CII) and Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is encrypted in our database.

How do I remove my Xero data from Paytools?

You can remove your data anytime from Paytools by going into ‘Settings -> Xero Connection‘. settings In the ‘Xero Connection’ panel, you can remove an individual company data by simply clicking the ‘Remove‘ link next to the company. If you’d like to remove ALL your data from Paytools select ‘Disconnect Xero‘. Xero connection
